Our Story

What began as a small business has blossomed into a calling over the years. Hope White The Real Estate Company started out as a one-person job and has become a network of family, friends, and trusted industry professionals that rely on each other to assist with real estate needs.

The company was created in 1994 after Hope had spent years in both commercial and residential real estate, and had seen that the real estate industry was full of individuals whom didn't take it seriously or just wanted to make a quick buck. Seeing other industry professionals with such a lack of knowledge and integrity drove her to found her own company dedicated to taking on clients who truly needed and wanted her help.

Since its founding, the company has always maintained a strong position of accuracy and honesty.

Here at Hope White The Real Estate Company we are all about being upfront and honest with our clients. No sugar coating, no high pressure sales tactics to get commissions. We want lifelong clients that will continue to use us and refer us to their friends and family, and we understand that in order to keep our clients happy and coming back that trust is paramount.

Why Use Us

We have a heart to help people. The company was founded in 1994 on the principle of integrity. Here's what Hope has to say on the subject:

"Working for other real estate companies, I found many things I didn't feel the agents or brokers were being honest with their clients about. I decided to start my own company out of the desire to have the highest integrity and to genuinely help people find what they are looking for."

While there are good people who work for larger real estate companies, a boutique business such as ours can spend more time and attention on our clients and their needs.

We have the right experience. For 23 years, our staff has lived and worked in the neighborhoods we serve. The company does about 12 to 14 sales a year, and averages over a million dollars worth of business yearly.

We do good business. We choose to only work with individualy who trust us. We are picky about the people we work with and employ, such as: loan officers, title companies, other realtors, sub-contractors, and office personnel. Providing accurate and realistic information is more important to us that competing for commissions.

Our Integrity Team will walk you through the process of buying your new home so that you have a smooth, hassle-free experience. We only work with trusted lenders and title companies with proven track records of responsiveness and trustworthiness.

Knowing what you want in a home and how much you can afford is extremely important, but so is knowing the current housing market. That's where we come in. Once you get pre-qualified and pre-approved, we will research neighborhoods and start your home search. Our Realtors® are highly trained professionals who are great at knowing how to get the best price with the key features you want.

Once you've seen and selected your home, we will go to bat for you during the contract and negotiation phase. While we are always going to push for the best deal for you, we will do it the right way - with integrity, intelligence, and diplomacy. We'll write the offer for you, negotiate and counter on your behalf, go over every piece of paper with you, and stay on top of all deadlines and dates for you as well so that you don't have to.

During and after closing, we will be there for you to answer any questions you may have and to provide any advice you may need. We will also keep in touch down the road. Always feel free to contact us, even years after, for any real estate related questions or assistance - whether you are using our company or not.

Selling your home might seem easy, but don't take it for granted. A good Realtor® will do it so well you think you could do it yourself. However, there are many challenges and pitfalls to selling your home in the current housing market, and that's what we are here for.

What happens if you list your home on the MLS but you don't get any offers? What if your house sits on the market for too long? Or if you do get offers, but you feel the buyer or buyers agent is looking to take advantage of you? These are just a few of the common mistakes to avoid when selling your home.

We will do it right the first time. Prior to listing you home, we'll make sure your curb appeal and interior staging is top notch and we'll take high-quality listing photos to boot. We will then immediately get your home listed on the MLS and syndicated to hundreds of other real estate sites so that your home will be visible in every place possible. A robust online and offline marketing plan is provided for your home to get it sold at the right price quickly.

We'll work within your schedule, and make sure your potential buyers do too. When offers come in, we'll confirm that the potential buyers have the right financing before we show your home because your time is precious. we will go to bat for you during the contract and negotiation phase.
