Here at Hope White The Real Estate Company we are all about being upfront and honest with our clients. No sugar coating, no high-pressure sales tactics to get commissions.

Our Story

What began as a small business has blossomed into a calling over the years. Hope White The Real Estate Company started out as a one-person job and has become a network of family, friends, and trusted industry professionals that rely on each other to assist with real estate needs.

The company was created in 1994 after Hope had spent years in both commercial and residential real estate, and had seen that the real estate industry was full of individuals whom didn’t take it seriously or just wanted to make a quick buck. Seeing other industry professionals with such a lack of knowledge and integrity drove her to found her own company dedicated to taking on clients who truly needed and wanted her help.

Since its founding, the company has always maintained a strong position of accuracy and honesty.

We have a heart to help people. The company was founded in 1994 on the principle of integrity. Here’s what Hope has to say on the subject:

“Working for other real estate companies, I found many things I didn’t feel the agents or brokers were being honest with their clients about. I decided to start my own company out of the desire to have the highest integrity and to genuinely help people find what they are looking for.”

While there are good people who work for larger real estate companies, a boutique business such as ours can spend more time and attention on our clients and their needs.

We have the right experience. For 23 years, our staff has lived and worked in the neighborhoods we serve. The company does about 12 to 14 sales a year, and averages over a million dollars’ worth of business yearly.

We do good business. We choose to only work with individuals who trust us. We’re also picky about the people we work with and employ, such as: loan officers, title companies, other realtors, sub-contractors, and office personnel. Providing accurate and realistic information is more important to us that competing for commissions.

Once you get pre-qualified and pre-approved, we will research neighborhoods and start your home search. Our Realtors® are highly trained professionals who are great at knowing how to get the best price with the key features you want.

Once you’ve seen and selected your home, we will go to bat for you during the contract and negotiation phase. While we are always going to push for the best deal for you, we will do it the right way – with integrity, intelligence, and diplomacy. We’ll write the offer for you, negotiate and counter on your behalf, go over every piece of paper with you, and stay on top of all deadlines and dates for you as well so that you don’t have to.

During and after closing, we will be there for you to answer any questions you may have and to provide any advice you may need. We will also keep in touch down the road.
